Our recruitment process is structured to give candidates the chance to evaluate our work environment and corporate culture. We get the chance to know you and you get the chance to determine if Welsh Consulting is the right fit. First Phase – Phone Conversation

You will have a preliminary conversation with a senior team member to discuss your overall expectations and career goals. We’ll also establish that you possess the foundational knowledge to be effective in the role for which you are applying.

Second Phase – In Person Meeting

Your in person meeting will consist of  interviews with various members of our team, including directors, administrative staff and consultants. You can expect general questions about your background, your career aspirations and your experience with technology. You will have the opportunity to ask our team questions of your own.
